You'll leave your 1:1 session feeling confident in your understanding of which herbs to use, which days of your menstrual cycle to steam, how long to steam and with which set-up and even what to wear.
These consultations are 45 minutes and set you up for a transformative healing journey.

Your Steaming Foundations Consultation Includes:
- One 45 minute virtual video/call with Julia Demillones Moore, a Kitara in-house Vaginal Steam Practitioner.
- Personalized Yoni Steaming Schedule: Depending on your body's unique healing needs, constitution, and cycle type, Julia will determine if you are best suited for mild or advanced yoni steams. Julia will also create a steam plan to ensure that you are steaming at the optimal times of your menstrual cycle and/or life cycles.
- Custom Yoni Steam Herb Recommendations: Julia will guide you on which herbs are best suited to support your individual health needs and other lifestyle shifts.
Julia is a Certified Advanced Vaginal Steam Practitioner, herbalist, cycle awareness educator and advocate for body sovereignty. Her specialties include support for painful and debilitating periods, transitioning off of hormonal birth control, and holistic fertility. Teaching women how to safely steam at home to nourish and connect to their body and cycles is her honor, passion, and joy.
Scheduling:
After booking, you will receive an email order confirmation and then a few minutes later you will receive an email with a link to schedule your consultation with Julia.
Follow-up and maintenance:
Yoni Steaming schedules are advised for 3-6 months. During that time we recommend clients book monthly consultations to best balance menstrual cycle issues and address concerns.

Special note: In the rare circumstances where a customer makes a mistake at checkout and is able to exchange unused products in original packaging, we may be able to make an exception to our standard policy and facilitate an exchange. This is at the discretion of Kitara's CEO and we ask that customers cover the cost of all additional shipping charges associated with the exchange and a $50 re-stocking fee.
