Meet privately with Kit Maloney, founder of Kitara, for individualized support with your yoni steam practice and a big-picture look at your womb health.

We'll talk about what is happening in your body now, your menstrual and reproductive history, your concerns, and what you hope to change. Kit will help you understand how yoni steaming can best be used for your particular body and circumstances and where other aspects of your health and life may be important to consider.

Your consultation includes:

90-minute private Zoom session with Kit

You'll have time to talk in depth about your womb health, your history, what you're experiencing now, what you've already tried, and what you want for yourself.

A personalized 3-month yoni steam protocol

Kit will create a detailed steaming protocol for the following three months, including:

• Which herbs to use
• Which days to steam and how frequently
• How long to steam
• What to wear and how much warmth to use
• When not to steam
• How to steam in relation to your menstrual cycle
• Any changes to make to your practice over the three months

You'll receive your protocol in writing after your consultation.

A big-picture look at your womb health

Your steam practice is considered within the larger context of your health and your life. Depending on what comes up in your consultation, Kit may recommend areas to investigate further, questions to bring to a doctor, midwife, naturopathic doctor, or other healthcare provider, or additional forms of support to consider.

Kit's background also includes extensive training in energy work and women's spiritual practice. For women who want this dimension included, the consultation can explore emotional and energetic patterns and include practices such as journaling, intention setting, and ritual alongside the physical steam protocol.

Afterward, Kit will send you your personalized three-month protocol in writing.

Optional follow-up with Kit

Women who complete this consultation have the option to book a private 50-minute follow-up with Kit for $127 within the following 1–3 months.

The follow-up is an opportunity to review what has changed, how your body and cycle have responded, what you're noticing in your steam practice, and any adjustments that make sense for the next phase.
