Too often we set "resolutions" for the year ahead that are based on the "shoulds" of our mind. These can leave us in comparison and constriction, and even leave us feeling empty. 

In this workshop you will experience a new way, one rooted in the wisdom of the body and grounded in alignment with your heart and womb space. Join Kit and other heart-centered womben as we tap into the magic of the body. Leave this virtual circle with a clear and expansion vision of yourself for 2023. 

Our 90-minute virtual gathering will include: 

- Gentle Movement 

- Breathwork 

- A Meditation and Optional Yoni Steam   

- Journaling + Visioning 

- Sisterhood + Celebration

Our Sacred Space: 

We'll gather in a sacred zoom space with a link sent in advance of our gathering. Though this is a virtual gathering, we will intentionally co-create a circle of connection. Please consider turning on your camera and joining us from a private and quiet area. 

What you'll need:

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring any/all of the following: 

- Comfortable/loose clothing.

- Yoga mat or blanket for comfort while lying flat for breathwork. 

- Paper or favorite journal and a writing tool. 

- Yoga mat or blanket for comfort while lying flat for breathwork. 

- For our optional yoni steam: If aligned for you to steam, please have your seat, pot, herbs, blanket, etc nearby. There will be time before breathwork to set up your steam so that the water and herbs can heat properly. During your steam, you may choose to turn off your camera for privacy.

If steaming is contraindicated or you do not yet have a yoni steam practice, you may choose to enjoy the meditation in a comfortable seated position. 

- A candle, favorite stone, incense, or other objects that invite you further into the present moment.
