How To Use Our Sauna
1. Add Water & Herbs to Pot
Fill a medium sized pot with water and place it on medium-high heat.
If you have herbs for your yoni steam, add them to the pot before heating.
2. Bring Water to an Almost Boil
After you start to see steam rise from your pot, but before you see it boil, remove the pot from the heat.
3. Have a Cup of Tea, Put on Your Meditation, Sit Back & Relax
Remove Sauna lid and place entire pot inside the Kitara Love Sauna. Close the lid again. You're ready to steam!

Sit on top of your sauna with the opening beneath your bare yoni. Enjoy your sauna for 15-30 minutes while you drink a cup of tea, enjoy a face mask, and relax into your sweet moment of self care.
