Do I need to attend live?

Blood Breath & Belonging is not your typical online course. Our focus is to practice together in circle, deepen into presence, connect intentionally, and foster resilience for these challenging times. Please consider whether you can attend the majority of practices live when feeling into if this experience is right for you. That said, we know life happens and we will provide access to session recordings for 72 hours.
