Hi Love, I'm Kit.
I'm a Certified Vaginal Steam Practitioner, and the founder of Kitara which offers womb healing services alongside beautifully designed and expertly crafted products for in-home yoni streaming.
For over twenty years I've been an activist, academic, and entrepreneur committed to channeling my passion for gender equity into a celebration of women and yoni bodied folks embodied health and healing. I have a Masters degree in Gender and Social Policy from the London School of Economics and has been featured widely in the media, including Glamour, Self, and Bustle. Marie Claire named me an "Amazing Woman" for her work celebrating women's sexuality.
My own healing journey has taken me to the valleys of Peru, the waters of Hawaii, and the jungle of Bali. For decades I've studied yoga, meditation, plant medicine, archetypal work, and sensual embodiment. Always returning home to the deep wisdom that lies within, inside of me and my womb.

Will I receive 1:1 support?
Yes! Three hour long 1:1 sessions with Kit are available to you during the 3 month circle. These sessions will help anchor your intentions, steer your progress, and monitor your results. Upon joining the circle, you are welcomed to book these sessions at your convenience.
How long are the group circles and when will we meet?
We will meet as a group during 9 virtual circles, 3 times per month. Our gatherings will be 60-90 minutes and scheduled in accordance with times that work best for the group.
Is this circle for me if I desire menstrual cycle and yoni steaming support but do not have fibroids?
This group is formed specifically to connect folks who are seeking a holistic approach to fibroid healing. Kitara plans to create more themed circles in the future to address different ailments. I have fibroids and am also looking to conceive. Is this circle a good place for me to receive support?
Yes, you are so welcome here love. One symptom of fibroids is that they can lead to fertility issues. Folks who are working to release fibroids and support their conception journey will be nurtured through both intentions.
What will I need for the live circles?
Please do your best to cultivate a private, quiet space for our gatherings. That's it. Your presence is valued, appreciated, and all you'll need.
Do I need to attend live?
This healing circle is not your typical online "course." Our focus will be live presence with each other for the deepest and most nourishing support. Of course scheduling conflicts happen. So rest assured that all live gatherings will be recorded and shared with members of the circle.
What is guaranteed?
This circle is formed with loving healing intent. The potential benefits include improved menstrual and physical health, increased feelings of intimacy and safety within yourself, and a deepened sense of belonging.
However, when it comes to healing journeys there are no guarantees. This is an invitation to go inward and if you feel a pull or a yes to joining our circle, step fully in with devotion and trust.
